Everhem Return Policy?

Everhem.com has a specific return policy due to the custom nature of their products. Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, returns are generally not accepted. This is because all products are designed to customer provided specifications, including window measurements to the eighth of an inch.

However, if any of the Everhem products arrive damaged or defective out of the packaging, customers are encouraged to reach out within 14 days of receiving them. In such cases, Everhem will work with the customer to fix the problem. They may ask for photos of the damage or defect for their records.

If a customer needs to make adjustments to any of the measurements or specifications in their order, they should send an email within 24-48 hours of the time the order was placed. After 48 hours, amendments to the order may not be possible, but Everhem will work with the customer as best they can.

Order cancellation is possible within 24-48 hours of placing it, and a full refund will be processed. However, after 48 hours from the time the order was placed, a refund may not be possible.

Please note, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for refunds to process. If a customer's shipping address changes, they should let Everhem know as long as the order hasn’t already shipped. Orders typically ship within 15 business days of the date the order was placed.
